Tired.....

I don't know if it's allergies or eyestrain, but my eyes feel dry and tired. I want to go back to bed, but I have a meeting with a contractor at 10 am today.

Why is it I feel more tired in the morning than I do the night before?

Maybe I'll feel better after a shower and some coffee (or tea).
