Yes, me loves the Italian foods! My Grandfather also cooked them in the pressure cooker or the crock pot...I don't understand it either. When I want a quick treat I just pop it in the microwave! LMAO

Maybe she cooked them in the pressure cooker to infuse the kielbasa with the sauerkraut flavor? It always tastes better that way.

P.S. I shall ask her!
