Living in my silkies...

It's been very cold in Indy this week. For the past few days, I've worn my Land's End silk thermal underwear to work. They were a gift from R a few years ago. They do a great job keeping my legs warm, even in below-xero temperatures. That's what I need as I'm walking outside, between the parking lot and the first building.

There was a week in January a few years ago where it was so cold all week I practically lived in my silk underwear. The only time I took them off was to shower. It's getting to that point where I might do that again.

For winter days like these, it's good to dress in layers.
