I remember Mr. Bubble bubble bath, and Monster Bubbles/Zillion Bubbles, but not the device you mentioned.

Never did care much for Mr. Bubble. That stuff used to give me rashes "down there". Ow!

I just checked the list and Sit and Spin didn't make it. :(
