Many NPR stations now have a program called The World which is nominally a cooperative effort between the big Boston public radio station and the BBC, but as near as I can tell all the actual news stories are from the BBC. (All delivered by BBC reporters I recognize and many the exact same audio as I got from News Hour.) Given the choice I'd listen directly to BBC news, but The World is better than no BBC.
