Last week's trip to Buffalo.....
It's been nearly two weeks since I last blogged here.
This trip to Buffalo to visit my mom had a mission: buy her a new microwave oven. Her existing microwave had a burn mark (and maybe a crack) in the back, rendering it unsafe to use.
The trip summary (not counting the trips I made shopping with Mom):
Mon 2/8: Drove up to Buffalo. Roads were clear. Made obligatory stops at Micro Center, Marc's, and Tucky's. Arrived safely at around 9:30pm. Found out that my mom purchased a new microwave oven, with the help of her home health care aide.
Tue 2/9: Did some shopping and errand-running. Picked up a couple pairs of liner socks at Eastern Mountain Sports. Bought a couple of Supertramp CDs at Record Theatre. Had dinner and played RoboRally with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Wed 2/10: Had breakfast at Tim Horton's. No wireless internet there. :-( Went to McDonald's to get my high-speed fix. Had dinner with friends Bill and Darleen.
Thu 2/11: Had lunch with Sal. Had dinner (Mighty Taco) and coffee (Coffee Culture) with Liz and Louis.
Fri 2/12: Had lunch at Ted's. Had dinner at Denny's with Larry, Todd, and Emma. Rich stopped in to visit me afterward. Picked upennisdl from his job at the airport.
Sat 2/13: Drove back to Dayton. Again, the roads were clear. Made another stop at Micro Center. Had lunch at Chili's. Arrived safely at around 7:15pm.
