Insomnia strikes again!

poltr1Woke up at 4 am for no apparent reason. Sleep apnea, perhaps? Sat up for about a half hour and thought about some stuff going on in my life. (Nope, I won't get into it here; I'm not gonna use LJ as my dumping ground.) 5 am and I'm still awake. All right, I'll go online and see what's happening. I got three comments so far -- wow! -- and found several other people I know that have LJs, including one person I haven't seen in years.
For a while, I resisted setting up an LJ account. I thought, "People aren't going to be interested in the minutia and details of my life. In high school, I'd say what was going on in my life, and some of the folks would respond with, 'Ask me if I care!'" (High schoolers can be so cruel.) Plus I already spend enough time on the computer. My wife says I spend too much time on it. Then I responded to one of gleepy's entries, and he invited me in. The rest is, as they say, history.
6 am will roll around, and I'll conk out, like I usually do between 6:30 and 7:30am. I don't know why my body does this to me.
