It looks like Bills' TE Kevin Everett could be able to walk again, according to the latest news report.

This is encouraging news. However, I think he still has a long way to go, and doctors won't fully assess his condition for another couple of days.

Keep those thoughts, well-wishes, and prayers coming.

From today's The Buffalo News.

To bring you up to speed, Bills TE Kevin Everett had an upper neck and spinal cord injury when he collided with the Broncos' Domenick Hixon on the opening play of the second half. After lying motionless on the field for 15 minutes, he was carefully loaded onto a backboard and carried off and taken to a local hospital, where they performed emergency surgery.

I really hate to see anyone get hurt at a football game. Especially potential career-ending injuries, such as the one suffered by the Bills' tight end Kevin Everett in yesterday's game against the Broncos.

Here's the story from The Buffalo News.

I hope he's able to pull through. My thoughts and prayers are with him.
