Are you after a per-application list of shortcuts, or global ones? The easiest place to find a list of global ones is actually the global shortcuts kcontrol module. One of the problems of documenting them is that there are several entire "schemes" based on "do you want them like windows", or "do you want them like a mac" or "do you want to use four modifier keys including the win key" or well, several other things, and some of the distributions make different choices about defaults.
That said, we certainly should cover the defaults as chosen by KDE, and the User Guide is a great place to do that. I'll put it on my (ever too long) TODO.
As far as printed material goes, the best we can offer currently is PDF versions of the docs that you can print yourself. The aim is that the User Guide itself is the only one you'll ever need to print, but the UG is fairly new, and to be honest that goal is a ways off.
And flat cola oddly enough, does as good a job as most commercial cleaners at the lime stains on porcelain, although I'm not sure it'll help with the rust. Just pour a can in there before you go to work, and let it sit all day, and scrub when you get home. YMMV of course, but it's worked for me pretty well in the past.
