I know what you mean but when you go in with the exact part you want replaced and tell them that this is all you are after as well as remember to avoid looking around the store the staff can be very helpfull.
I used to work for them years ago they get less than minimum wage because they get comissions on sales. Hence the preasure to sell you stuff. They are under preasure to sell.
