I've viewed them with mild curiosity when I've seen them in stores, but never enough curiosity to actually get me to buy one. Perhaps hearing some actual people say that they're good will be enough of a spur to actually buy one. Of course, then I get into questions like how do I pick a good one, how do I know when it's ready to eat, how do I eat it, etc. I like knowing where I stand on my groceries; I'm afraid to buy or cook something that might not work out, as though the potential downside were a lot worse than having to throw out something that cost a few bucks if I totally ruin it or just can't stand it. I think part of it is that I was raised with the idea that throwing away food is *wrong*.
