Only NBC has projected Bush to be the winner in Ohio.

ABC and CBS have not yet projected a winner for Ohio.

And FOX? 'Nuff said.

So it depends on who you ask.

Here are the statewide tallies, courtesy of the Ohio News Network:

Presidential Race (Ohio results): Bush: 2,706,778 (50%); Kerry 2,581,451 (48%). This does not include the thousands of provisional ballots that were cast.

I should mention that Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell is a Republican, and there have been rumors of him running for governor in 2006.

More bad news: Issue 1, which reaffirms the clause in the Ohio constitution banning same-sex marriage and also bars local governments from granting legal status to unmarried couples of either sex, passed. Yes: 3,120,029 (61%); No: 1,932,636 (38%).

Some good news: Cincinnati's Issue 3, which was for the repeal of Article XII in the Cincinnati City Charter which prohibited the enacting or enforcement of any law based on a person's sexual orientation, passed. With 77% of precincts reporting: Yes: 51,761 (54%); No: 42,572 (45%).

Wht surprises me is that the most important issue, according to the people who answered exit polls, was "moral values", with 21% listing this as the top issue.
