Remember the "You rock my socks" meme? I'm going to expand it to say 5-10 positive things about my mutual LJ-friends. I'll be posting these every so often.

- I've known him for 20 years
- Met him through a local SF club (which, unfortunately, no longer exists)
- Shares a lot of the same interests I do
- Is another computer geek like me
- Is in touch with his inner Wild Man
- Got me onto another web-based bulletin board site I frequent

ethansmom
- Is a gamer
- Is the mommy of a beautiful boy named Ethan
- Loves cats
- Has been a great friend since college....and continues to be one
- We've been through lots of good times and bad times
- Until recently, was a guide for about.com

- She has a heart of gold
- Possesses an amazing insight into the human condition
- Comes up with wonderful late-night subconscious mindcruft (Must be from all that head-skritching :) )
- Comes up with great words like "faboo" and "squicked" and "w00t!" that have sneaked their way into my vocaulary
- Her LJ is one of my must-read LJs
- Picks me up when I'm feeling down
- Challenges me when I need to be challenged
- Is big into personal growth and development
- Is a Succulent Wild Woman!
- Looks great in renaissance faire wench garb (and other garb as well)! ;)
- I consider her to be one of my best friends
- And she's fun to be around!
