Tonight I'm a caffiend!

poltr1It's 2 AM and there's no sign of me slowing down.
This past afternoon, I made a big "pot" of tea using my Mr. Coffee maker. I intended to make 4 cups of tea. I put the filter in the basket. I put enough Brita-filtered water in the water hopper. And remembering the "one for the pot" rule, I added 5 teaspoons of Twinings Darjeeling tea to the basket. Well, it turned out pretty strong, but I drank it anyway. Then I added more water to get some more tea out of the leaves. I think I drank a total of 10 cups today. And I dont' feel depressed right now.
I've been looking in the stores for a "Mrs. Tea" maker, and I can't find one anywhere. I think the manufacturer discontinued them. So, what is the big difference between a Mr. Coffee and a Mrs. Tea, other than the ceramic or plastic teapot instead of a glass carafe? And why call it "Mrs. Tea" anyway? Were they afraid Mr. T would come over and break some heads if they called it "Mr. Tea"? Or does some nimnull in marketing think that only little old ladies drink tea? It's as bad as the idiots at Lipton who wrote their little jingle about little old ladies drinking Lipton tea. Excuse me? They're drinking what? Lipton? LIPTON?? Bleah! That stuff's only good for iced tea!
I'm ready for a late-night coding run. Lower the lights and put on the techno music, 'cause I got some hacking to do!
And afterwards, I'm gonna need a sleeping pill to go to sleep. Whee!
