Question: What keeps you in California?

1. The climate (both physical and social). I like the lack of variety in the weather (almost always good :-) ) and the non-lack of variety in the people.
2. I have a pricey house that keeps climbing in value.
3. I have an established set of friends here. It took a lot of time and work to build this.
4. I have a boyfriend here.
5. I have radio work here. I don't have it somewhere else, and if I were to move somewhere else, I'd have no guarantee of having it.
6. I'd always wanted to live in California from the time I was a little kid.
7. It's far away from New Jersey.
