As I was listening to the MP3 of "Legend of the Warrior" this morning, and Mercury was shamelessly sucking up to me, I had my computer keyboard on the side of the computer. As it fell over (gravity happens, y'know?), it pressed the eject button on one of the CD drives. Twice. All of a sudden, I started hearing the opening music to Bryan Ferry's "Is Your Love Strong Enough", the first track on the soundtrack to "Legend" featuring Tangerine Dream. (In the US version of the film, this song plays during the closing credits.) While Grandfather is talking about taking one more step, the words of the other song started to begin, "Just one step at a time".

And there's no media player or CD player process running.

Maybe it's a sign.

As I'm writing this, I'm flashing back to Ken Nordine's show on NPR, "Now, Nordine", because he used to do a lot of this type of musical juxtaposition on his show.

Is your love strong enough? )
