Bad clothing day.
Oct. 11th, 2007 05:22 pmSome people have bad hair days. Today I had a bad clothing day.
It started when I pulled out a burgundy twill shirt from my closet. This shirt was already missing the lower two buttons. I buttoned the rest of them and went to work. (I had an undershirt on, so my fat gut wasn't sticking out or showing.) At work, the third buttom from the bottom was straining, and it popped off. So now I have a triangle of white where my belly is.
I'm going to have to re-sew the buttons, and then donate this shirt since I'm apparently too fat to wear it. That's a shame, because it's one of my favorite fall/winter shirts.
