It's Canada Goose season again.....

poltr1At my office park, there are plenty of Canada geese around. Some of the males have been seen atop buildings. Now they're starting to pair up and nest.
I already know they're quite territorial. If I get too close to them, they'll hiss at me. I'd rather not be nibbled to death by geese. (But as far as I know, they're herbivores.)
Speaking of nibbling....would Canada geese make good eating? Or not?
