I've only started meaningfully using my LJ account recently (though I set it up some time ago for reasons I don't recall). At this point, TrustFlow is mostly useful as a tool for identifying various "oh, yeah, that's somebody I ought to get around to putting on my friends list".

Or in my case, "here's someone I should get to know better in real life before I go ahead and add them to my LJ friends list".
