I hate it when products don't work.

I've worked with steam cleaners before -- I have a larger unit -- and was hopeful that I could use this product to help clean the kitchen and other tight places, where my regular steam cleaner couldn't fit.
Since I purchased it, I've had nothing but trouble with this product. I've called their help line twice, and both times they gave me tips in order to try to get the product to work properly -- hold the trigger down while filling it, use an attachment, squeeze harder. So far, nothing has worked. At this point, I want to send the unit back for repair or replacement.
I don't know if there's an air bubble or some other blockage in the line. If I had a twist wie or wire long enough, I'd like to insert it into the nozzle to clear up the jam.
I just looked on EPinions.com and saw that other people have had problems with this particular product.
