I once was bawled out too and was shaking for a while afterwords. Maybe that's why I try to be nice when it happens to me. A few years ago I had a number that was 1 digit off from a doctors office, a university professors home (so 2 different "dr." requests) and something else I forget. It really didn't happen all that often and I usually kept my cool but not all of the callers did. Once a man called looking for the doctor. After telling him he dialed wrong a woman called. I told her too and she called back a second time, this time telling me she was calling for her father (probably that first caller) and insisting I must be the doctors number! After a little back and forth she must have checked a piece of paper or something cuz she got suddenly quiet said "ohh" and humg up. I love it when they try to convince you that you MUST be the number they are trying to call :).
