Congrats toautographedcat and kitanzi on their wedding! I wish them lots of hope and happiness. (And one small piece of advice that was given to me on my wedding day: "Marriage is a journey, not a destination.")
Condolences and hugs toohiblather on the loss of her brother and sister-in-law (Jim & Diane), killed in a car crash 11 years ago today.
And 59 years ago today, the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, Japan. Another bomb was dropped on Nagasaki a few days later. Let these be the first and last uses of an atomic bomb as a weapon of mass destruction on Earth.
