poltr1Well, Phil saw his shadow this morning. And according to folklore, that means six more weeks of winter.
And if he did see his shadow, that would indicate an early spring. But Spring always starts on the equinox, so I'll interpret that as a mild 2nd half of winter.
Therefore, the rest of the winter will be rough. Hunker down, Spanky!
