An early spring?

I heard the news that Punxsatawny Phil did not see her shadow today. That means an early spring, according to the folklore.

I haven't heard if Buckeye Chuck saw his shadow or not.

I do know that it's cold and snowy today here, and the roads were a little slippery.

Since I don't like to repeat myself on LJ if I can help it, here's an entry I wrote about groundhogs two years ago. The Daughter has since "inherited" the plush groundhog.

Now, we can cram 1 Gb of data onto an SD card. We're walking around with multi-gigabit iPods, Palm PDAs, and iPaqs. We're connecting via wireless high-speeed internet, DSL, and cable-based broadband. Hard drives are pushing half a terabyte -- 500 Gb.

Do I dare predict what the next 10 or 20 years will hold for us?

They came in today!

The Animusic DVDs I ordered the other day came in the mail today. That was fast!

Now I can watch them.
