The last hour....

poltr1....is very frustrating. By now, I've usually finished my work for the day, and I'm hungry for a snack. And so I'm either pacing up and down the walkway between the cubicles and offices, or surfing the web, checking LJ, and reading email.
I just checked the vending machine and there's nothing in there that interests me right now. I have a few bags of Cheez-Its in one of the file drawers.
There's something that compels me to be busy all the time, that any downtime is a waste of time. The rational part of me knows that's not true.
I actually hate that IE is very forgiving when it comes to code -- HTML, JavaScript, and cascading style sheets. Firefox isn't as forgiving, but it nudges me to write better code.
