Spent the weekend staffing a New Warrior Training Adventure weekend. 16 men took a huge step forward in their lives and went through the training.

I'm exhausted and joyful.

What happens there is private.

What I can say about it can be found on the ManKind Project website.

I went through the Adventure 10 years ago, and it's changed my life for the better.
