A yucky day, weatherwise.....
Oct. 10th, 2007 11:38 pmToday it was cold and overcast. There was no rain, but it felt like it would rain any minute. I hate days like today. It's a good day to stay in bed.
After work was done, I picked up M from daycare and we went to one of our favorite restaurants, Asia Cafe. She had fried pot stickers (skins only) and some chicken lo mein. I had a couple of soft rolls and some Vietnamese soup. (This is the right weather for a meal-sized bowl of soup.) Then we went to Cold Stone Creamery for some ice cream and to meet up with R.
And then, after I got home, I lay in bed and fell asleep for a couple of hours.
Now I'm downloading a boatload of Windows XP security updates. (At last count, there were 31.) I may be up for a while. Some of these are up to 5 Mb in size. I really hope Microsoft is planning to release a Service Pack 3 for Windows XP, because there have been so many patches and critical updates since SP 2, and they haven't stopped supporting XP.
