Oh, and you can say "And that's all!" at the end of your order to prevent the suggestive sale in most cases. We were instructed that we didn't have to do it if the customer specifically said that.
Now some folks might forget and do it anyway -- particularly if it's been a long shift and they are on autopilot, but most won't.
