Busy day today....

Slept in until about 10am. Then went to the local Bob Evans for breakfast. (Yeah, I could have stayed at home and made my own, but the kitchen needs to be cleaned out and cleaned up.)
Picked up M after breakfast. She spent the day playing computer games, and asking me for help with geography and math questions.
I also sold my Christmas tree, which I posted on Craigslist on Friday. I think I paid $200 for it in either 2004 or 2005. Since the divorce, I haven't put it up. (Why bother? It's only me at home now.) I asked $50 for the ad. A lady came over, looked at it, and offered me $20 for the tree. I accepted her offer, without haggling. (I could have haggled with her, but I suck at haggling.) So now I have one less thing cluttering up the garage, and one less thing to schlep to storage or a new home.
R wanted to take M to Woodland Lights, but M said it was too cold for her. So I dropped her off and did a little more shopping.
Wanted to go to Health Foods Unlimited to buy a box of Traditional Medicinals' Breathe Easy Tea, but they were closed for the night. So I went to the adjoining Christmas Tree Shop. And boy, was it packed. I found a boot tray and a box of Twinings English Afternoon Tea, and a few other things. (But no Christmas trees there. Go figure.)
I was hungry, so I stopped in at the Sushi Hana because it didn't appear to be very crowded. I had some nabeyaki udon (noddle soup) and futo maki.
Then I went to the new Kroger Marketplace in Centerville, which just opened on Thursday. It's huge! 147,000 square feet. It was fairly crowded based on the parking lot. But inside was spacious. I got lots of friendly but somewhat impersonal service. And I didn't find any Breathe Easy tea there, even in the heath food section. It reminded me of some of the Wegmans supermarkets back home in Buffalo.
Oh, I also received my Gateway MA3 laptop that I sent out for service last week. The power jack needed to be replaced, as the battery wasn't charging. Steve at Pomeroy Computing does great work -- $85 for the repair, including return shipping. He also repaired a Compaq Presario M2000 laptop of mine which had the same issue. Both of these were hand-me-down computers. I think I'll use this as a loner machine. I'm currently installing Ubuntu 11.10 on it.
I also had a question. What types of computer equipment is safe to put into storage? Years ago, I stored a laptop with a hard drive. After bringing it out of storage, I found that the hard drive no longer worked. So I'll leave the hard drives at home.
And I'll still be up for a little while. It appears my body clock has shifted back to going to bead at 3am and waking up at 11am.
