This is the start of the depression season for me. The days are getting colder and shorter. I'll really start to feel it when the clocks get turned back next weekend. November is a difficult month.
You might want to look at increasing your intake of vitamin D. Tom did some research and found that the amount of vitamin D that one absorbes from sunlight is much greater than the amount that is provided in most multi vitamins. There is some research that tends to connect lower levels of vitamin D with Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Try experimenting with how much Vitamin D you actually need. Starting off on low dosages is the wise thing to do anyway.
Also remember to take your lunch breaks as near a window as you can get if you don't actually go out for a short walk.
I won't be able to send daily e-cards this year, After my old machine died, I've been using a loaner from the flintstone age that just can not handle anything that's graphic intensive. I've got a friend who's building me a new beast but I have no idea when it's gonna get here. Please remember to do things that keep your spirits up. You have a lot of friends who care.
